In case you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable, please notify us promptly via email or phone. The applicable cancellation charges will be determined from the date we receive your notification, as outlined below:

Cancellation Policy – Online via Razorpay:

Online cancellations will be processed within 2 working days through Razorpay.

📅 Less than 10 days before the travel date:
100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

📅 10 to 20 days before the travel date:
60% of the advance payment will be refunded.

📅 20 to 30 days before the travel date:
50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

📅 More than 45 days before the travel date:
Full refund of the advance payment, excluding processing fees.

✨ If you’ve made an advance payment and need to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, you can reschedule your travel dates (subject to availability) within 60 days.
